Marc Jourlait is a seasoned business executive, Private Equity Operating Partner, Chairman of the Board, Board Member, and battle-tested consumer and tech turnaround global CEO.
Jourlait is the Senior Operating Partner at the Riverside Private Equity Value Fund. He is Chairman of the Board of Riverside portfolio companies SCRAM Systems in Colorado. PFB Corporation in Calgary as well as siffron in Ohio. He also serves as Chairman of the Board of Electrosonic in London, UK, as well as Executive Chairman and Operating Partner for Cathay Capital portfolio company IMT in Wisconsin.
Before Riverside, Marc was CEO of Kodak Alaris where he stabilized and turned around the business portfolio preparing it for a divestiture. Prior to Kodak Alaris, Marc was CEO at Navico, a global leader in Marine Electronics, an Altor Private Equity owned portfolio company bought by Goldman Sachs in 2016 and recently sold to Brunswick. Before Navico, Jourlait was Vice President and General Manager of Bose Europe, where he ran the entire €1B European business for Bose.
Previously Jourlait held senior general management, product, and marketing positions over the course of his 35+ year career in some of the world’s leading companies including Apple, HP, Seagate, and Technicolor. With triple citizenship (France, USA, Canada), he resides in Manhattan and has lived and worked in a variety of countries, including France, the United States both in Silicon Valley and New York City, Japan, and Canada. Jourlait holds an MBA from ESCP Paris.
