Luke DiTomas

Luke DiTomas is the Chief Financial Officer of AccuServe Solutions. He oversees all financial aspects of the company, including accounting and financial controls, planning and analysis, and daily finance operations, while also leading acquisition due diligence and integration efforts.

Luke brings over 15 years of experience in various financial leadership roles. With an extensive background in business operations, analytics, and strategy, he has successfully led business restructurings and established finance functions that have steadily enabled value creation for all stakeholders. His leadership extends beyond financial expertise, as he has also managed cross-functional teams across accounting, IT, HR, business development, and procurement, fostering collaboration and a culture of continuous improvement.

Most recently, Luke served as CFO of 360Pack, where he played a key role in developing and executing the business’s objectives and goals. Prior to that, Luke served as CFO of LocalHive and Caliber Midstream. Luke began his career as an investment banking analyst at Bank of America and then as an associate at KRG Capital Partners.
