Ken Philbrick (moderator)

Ken Philbrick, CPA, MBA, is a Partner at Adam James International, where he leads retained executive search for senior finance and accounting leadership. His work focuses exclusively on CFO-organization placements, including CFO, VP Finance, Chief Accounting Officer, Controller, Treasurer, and Investor Relations/Finance leadership—supporting both private equity portfolio companies and large public enterprises.

Since joining Adam James International in 1997, shortly after the firm’s founding, Ken and his team have completed searches for dozens of private equity firms and their portfolio companies, and regularly partner with Fortune 500 organizations on senior financial executive hiring

Prior to working for Adam James International, he was an external auditor for Deloitte & Touche. He has a Master of Business Administration degree from the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver and is the former Chair of the Daniels College of Business Alumni Board. Ken is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Colorado and a member of Private Equity Boardroom.
