Steven joined Westwater Resources as Chief Accounting Officer and Controller in May 2021. In August 2022, he was promoted to the position of Vice President — Finance, Chief Financial Officer, and Treasurer. In January 2023, Mr. Cates was promoted to the position of Senior Vice President — Finance, Chief Financial Officer, and Treasurer. Steven has over 20 years of financial and accounting experience in various industries including mining, oil and gas, real estate, and public accounting.

 Juaquin Mobley is the visionary CEO and founder of Community Anchor Academy, Publisher of the Pikes Peak Bulletin, WHealthy Unlimited, a gym and juice bar dedicated to fostering health and wellness in the community. Juaquin has a rich background, growing up between Colorado Springs, Colorado, and New York City. As a first-generation American on his father's side, he brings a unique perspective to his work, blending cultural diversity with entrepreneurial spirit.  Juaquin studied Merchandising and Business Management at the Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT), where he earned his AAS degree. His career is marked by the successful founding and management of several local businesses, demonstrating his deep commitment to community development and economic empowerment.
