6:30 - 7:30 AM:   Player registration/check-in with use of driving range/putting green/chipping green
7:30 - 7:45 AM:   Players report to assigned golf carts
7:45 - 7:55 AM:   Welcome (ACG President) and tournament briefing (Course’s Golf Pro)
8:00 AM:              Parade of golfcarts to tee boxes and tournament play begins
1:00 – 1:30 PM:   Players return to clubhouse, turn in score card, and return golf cart
1:30 - 2:30PM:    Networking reception, banquet, and awards
