JOSH MAYFIELD

Josh Mayfield is Managing Director, and Group Head of the Financial Institutions Group at Texas Capital Bank. Texas Capital Bank’s FIG practice provides robust products and services across six unique teams including Insurance, Asset Management Services, Lender Finance, FinTech, Title, and Financial Institutions.

Previously, Mr. Mayfield served as Co-Founder of Ivy Hall Capital, a lower-middle market private credit fund where he was responsible for sourcing and structuring transactions as well as day-to-day management of the firm. 

Prior to Ivy Hall Capital, Mr. Mayfield was a Managing Director with ORIX Corporation, USA where he built and led multiple high-performing teams within the alternative investments, private debt, and private equity space, in addition to serving in corporate M&A and risk management positions. 

Mr. Mayfield received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Texas Tech University, a Master of Science in Real Estate from The University of Texas in Arlington and is a graduate of the Stagen Leadership Program. 

Mr. Mayfield proudly serves as the President of the Texas Capital Bank Foundation and a Board Member of Boot Campaign; a national veteran non-profit focused on health and wellness. Josh is FINRA Series 79 and 63 certified.
