The ACG New York DealMaker Series welcomes PEs, IBs, Lenders, Strategics, and fellow DealMakers for a series hosted throughout the year featuring programming on a variety of relevant topics specific to the dealmaker community. In addition to hearing from industry leaders, guests enjoy the opportunity to network and deal source in a beautiful and engaging setting. Don't miss the Series Fall Kick-Off on October 23rd

As part of the ACG NY DealMaker Series, we welcome tristate dealmakers to discuss AI in DealMaking. Join us for a discussion on how dealmakers are using AI to enhance their dealmaking processes, making them more efficient and successful. We will explore the applications currently in use, the future vision of dealmaking, and the impact of AI on deal professionals in the Middle Market. This event will feature industry experts as we delve into these topics and more. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to network and engage in discussion with fellow dealmakers from the tristate area while enjoying cocktails and hors d'oeuvres.

On stage, we will be joined by the Co-Founder of Off Deal and one of the firm's esteemed Investment Bankers. OffDeal is an AI-native investment bank serving companies with $1–10M in EBITDA. Our bankers use OffDeal's proprietary data and AI technology to efficiently originate and execute sell-side deals across a broad range of sectors. Since launching in late 2024, OffDeal has already brought over 30 exclusive sell-sides to market.

Stay tuned for additional programming details and speaker announcements!
