Michael Apostolides joined Dunes Point Capital in 2020. Prior to joining Dunes Point Capital, Mr. Apostolides was a private banking professional at M.Y. Safra Bank, JP Morgan, and Morgan Stanley where he advised family offices, owners of closely-held businesses, endowments, and foundations. Mr. Apostolides received a B.A. in Political Science from Colgate University. |

Daniel Eisemann |
Dan Eisemann serves as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at Fairfield-Maxwell. At Fairfield-Maxwell, he oversees deal execution and sourcing efforts as well as supporting portfolio company senior management Mr. Eisemann has over twenty years of experience in principal investing, mergers & acquisitions, restructuring and performance improvement. He has served as an investor, operator and strategic advisor to management teams, lenders, large public companies, private-equity-owned portfolio companies, private-family-owned companies and start-ups. Prior to joining Fairfield-Maxwell in 2015, Mr. Eisemann served as a Senior Vice President of Asgaard Capital, a boutique investment bank. Mr. Eisemann has also previously worked at FTI Consulting and Alvarez & Marsal advising clients across various industries on turnaround and restructuring. Mr. Eisemann holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Johns Hopkins University and a Master of Business Administration from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia. Mr. Eisemann serves on the Board of SpeedPro Imaging, Universal Builders Supply, Turley International Resources, Southern Stone & Timber, North Shore Neon Sign and Outworx. |

Vidur Kapur Director TM Capital LLC |
Vidur Kapur is a Director of TM Capital LLC and is responsible for transaction execution across the firm’s Industrial and Business Services practices, including all aspects of the deal process. Vidur joined TM Capital in 2013 and has completed numerous transactions and advisory engagements for leading financial sponsors, public companies and family and founder-owned businesses. Vidur has extensive experience completing transactions across a range of sectors including commercial & residential building products & services, industrial manufacturing, specialty distribution and branded / private label consumer products. He is the co-author of TM Capital’s annual Building Products Sector Spotlight. Vidur earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics with a concentration in Finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. As a member of Penn’s Fencing Team, Vidur was a three-time All-American foil fencer. Vidur resides in New York City. He serves on the Private Equity / Investment Banking (PE/IB) Committee of the New York Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG). Outside of work, he enjoys playing basketball and padel, exploring new restaurants, hiking and traveling. He is an avid, perpetually suffering fan of the New York Knicks. |
