Closing the Deal on Retention: Supporting Women in M&A Careers

This December join ACG New York and the Women of Leadership Committee for the 2nd Women in the Middle Market Holiday Luncheon. The afternoon will provide guests the opportunity to network and deal source with fellow female dealmakers and M&A partners in the Middle Market all while supporting our charity partner, Bottomless Closet

Join ACG New York for an insightful discussion focused on advancing and retaining women in middle-market M&A careers. This engaging program will explore strategies for fostering inclusive environments where women can thrive and organizations can strengthen their leadership pipelines. Featured speakers Caroline Young, Founder and CEO of Craftsbury Consulting, and Erin Carroll, Partner at BraddockMatthewsBarrett, will share their perspectives on navigating career growth, talent retention, and leadership in the dealmaking community. Designed for women in the middle market and their allies, this conversation offers actionable insights, real-world experiences, and inspiration to help close the deal on retention.

The afternoon will celebrate and welcome women who are driving change through both professional growth and charitable giving— demonstrating how Women in the Middle Market Make a Difference.
