Fueling Growth in Next-Gen CPG: Founders and Finance in Focus will bring together industry executives, investors, and emerging consumer brand founders for an engaging panel discussion on the evolving food and beverage middle market deal landscape. Hosted by ACG New York on May 20 in New York City, this dynamic conversation will explore the full lifecycle of a food and beverage company—from early formation and rapid brand development to scaling operations, navigating strategic transactions, and ultimately preparing for a sale or public offering. The panel will feature several rising CPG founders who are actively building the next generation of consumer brands, sharing firsthand insights into growth strategies, capital partnerships, and the realities of operating in today’s competitive market. Attendees will also have the opportunity to sample products from some of the innovative brands represented on the panel, offering a unique, hands-on look at the entrepreneurs and products shaping the future of the food and beverage sector.

Jeremy Burke, Managing Director, Moelis Investment Banking Jeremy Burke is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company, where he specializes in advising clients across the consumer, real estate, gaming, hospitality, and leisure sectors. Jeremy has extensive investment banking experience advising both corporates and financial sponsors on a wide range of mergers and acquisitions, recapitalizations, and restructurings, as well as debt and equity capital raises. He also serves as co-chair of Moelis’ Banker Innovation Committee, responsible for AI implementation across the Firm. Since joining Moelis & Company, Jeremy has been based in the Firm’s London and New York offices. He has executed transactions across the US and internationally, including numerous cross-border deals involving stakeholders in Europe, the Middle East, and the Americas. Jeremy holds a B.S. in Business from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. |

Brett is an experienced investment professional with a background in investment banking at Bank of America and a track record of leading direct investments as a Principal at Three Oceans Partners, a family office focused on strategic, long‑term capital deployment. His career blends institutional finance expertise with hands‑on entrepreneurial leadership across consumer and beverage sectors. He received his undergraduate degree in Finance from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business. |

Spencer Krug, Partner, RiverPark Ventures Spencer Krug is a General Partner at RiverPark Ventures, a $300mm AUM early-stage venture capital firm based in New York City. Spencer has over a decade of investing experience backing companies across consumer and technology. His portfolio includes Spindrift Beverage Company, Coterie Diapers, Ollie Pet Food, Slate Milk, Update Beverage Company (Kim Kardashian’s new energy drink brand), Cove Soda, and others. Prior to RiverPark, Spencer worked in management consulting at L.E.K. Consulting and was on the founding team of CampusProtein, a leading supplement marketplace for college students. |

Dimitri Skambas, Vice President, Bank of Hope Dimitri Skambas is a Vice President at the Bank of Hope in NYC focused on origination and coverage for a portfolio of middle-market clients, with an emphasis on relationship development, capital origination, and tailored credit solutions. Dimitri partners with executive leadership and product teams to deliver customized financing strategies that support clients’ growth, acquisition, and working capital needs. Dimitri was previously at SRV Partners, a turnaround and restructuring advisory firm. Prior to SRVP, he held roles in business development, commodity structured finance and FX at First Financial Bank, MUFG and Brown Brothers Harriman. Dimitri holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA in Economics from Syracuse University’s Maxwell School of Citizenship & Public Affairs. |
