ACG NY Cancellation/Substitution Policy

ACG New York adheres to a strict cancellation/refund policy. You must cancel your registration one week prior to the event to receive a refund unless otherwise specified. For example, if the event is to be held on a Tuesday, no refunds will be issued starting the Tuesday prior. To cancel your registration, email Cristin Kulscar at admin@acgnyc.org and include your name and date of the event that you are canceling. After that period NO REFUNDS OR CREDIT FOR FUTURE EVENTS will be given. However, substitutions are welcome. To send a substitute in your place, simply email the following to admin@acgnyc.org; name, firm, address, telephone number and email address and industry.
