Prior to that, he worked at Lindt, a Swiss Chocolatier. Chris has a bachelor’s degree from St. Gallen University in Switzerland and an MBA from INSEAD Business School in France.

Matt Hadley is a Senior Associate on the Business Development team at High Road Capital Partners, where he is focused on deal sourcing and establishing relationships with business intermediaries across the U.S. and Canada.  Previously, Matt worked at Solebury Communications, an investor relations advisory firm.  Matt received his B.S. in Biology from Bucknell University.

Rebecca Yu serves as Vice President, and serves on the Board of Directors of Gemini Bioproducts. Her responsibilities range from deal origination and structuring to due diligence, execution and portfolio company monitoring. Previously, Rebecca worked at Warburg Pincus, where she focused on healthcare and consumer investing. Rebecca began her career at Goldman Sachs in Mortgages Trading. Rebecca received an A.B. in Physics from Princeton University and an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business, where she was an Arjay Miller Scholar.

THIS PORTION OF THE EVENT IS INVITE ONLY* One-on-One dealmaking meetings will take place between private equity and investment bank participants prior to the program from 8:00am-10:30am. Pre-registration is required. Email Amanda Luckie, aluckie@acgnyc.org,  for information. The intention is to bring together industry professionals from investment banks and private equity firms for a series of one-on-one meetings for an opportunity to review and share deal flow opportunities within the market. Each bank will meet privately with a PE firm for 20 minutes to discuss  recent firm activity, potential deals and broader market dynamics.
