Marc Nadritch is a partner in CohnReznick’s New York office and a member of the Firm's Transactional Advisory Services practice. With over 17 years of experience, he has led financial due diligence engagements related to both corporate and private equity clients’ acquisitions in various industries with a primary focus on middle market transactions. 

Marc is well-versed in purchase price reductions, deal restructuring, deal termination, and other pre and post-acquisition transactions. Prior to joining CohnReznick, he worked for Anchin, Block & Anchin LLP in New York where he drove client expansion and transaction strategy as well as complex deal structuring with a primary focus on middle market transactions. Prior to Anchin, Marc held leadership roles at KPMG, Star Management, and Duff & Phelps.

Ann Chung joined Fremont Private Holdings in 2018 as a Principal. Ann focuses on sourcing, evaluating and executing direct private investments on behalf of FPH. 

Prior to joining Fremont, Ann was a Principal at J.H. Whitney, a middle market private equity fund focused on making control investments in the consumer, industrial, and health care sectors. Earlier in her career, Ann was a Vice President at Swander Pace Capital. Ann’s other previous work experience includes being a member of the investment teams at DLJ Merchant Banking and Catterton Partners. Ann began her career in the investment banking division of Wachovia Securities. 

Ann holds a Bachelor of Science in Commerce from The University of Virginia and an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Bill Fradin is Managing Partner at Seal Rock Partners. Prior to founding Seal Rock, Bill was an investment professional at JLL Partners, a middle market private equity investment firm based out of New York. Bill holds an AB from Harvard College and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Grant is an Associate of Warwick Capital Group, LLC. He is responsible for sourcing opportunities, due diligence, market and industry research, cash flow modeling, portfolio company monitoring as well as assisting portfolio company management teams with identification, evaluation and execution of operational improvements. Grant graduated from Furman University in 2013 with a BA in Computer Science.

Andrew Braithwaite helps lead the alternative investing efforts of Cynosure including its direct investing strategy. Mr. Braithwaite came to Cynosure from The Carlyle Group where he spent a number of years with Carlyle’s Global Financial Services Fund helping source, evaluate and manage investments across two private equity funds. While at Carlyle, Mr. Braithwaite was associated with a number of the firm’s financial services investments and focused on the firm’s investments in asset and wealth management, financial technology, insurance brokerage, specialty finance / depositories and business services.  Before joining Carlyle, Mr. Braithwaite was an investment banker with Barclays Capital, working in its Financial Institutions Group focusing on mergers and acquisitions and capital markets transactions.

Mr. Braithwaite has served as a director or observer on numerous company boards or oversight committees including Brand Group Holdings, Inc., Avalon Advisors, Conifer Financial Services, and Xenith Bankshares. He also spends time overseeing Cynosure-related investments, including GPS Hospitality and Anglo International Shipping.  Mr. Braithwaite graduated summa cum laude from Merrimack College where he received a B.S. in business administration – finance and economics.
