He has over 10 years of business and transaction advisory experience, specializing in assisting clients with mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, private placements, financings, valuation, and strategic consulting. Bryan is a licensed securities representative, holding Series 7 and 63 registrations.

Michael joined Dorilton Capital in 2017. He is a Senior Vice President overseeing Dorilton’s deal execution and sourcing efforts. Michael works closely with Dorilton’s companies on bolt-on acquisitions and financings.  Prior to Dorilton, Michael worked at Greenhill & Co., advising clients across industries on mergers and acquisitions and restructuring transactions. Previously, Michael was a strategy consultant with Deloitte. Michael has an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in economics from Duke University.

Sam is responsible for identifying and evaluating investment opportunities, deal execution and portfolio company monitoring. Sam serves as a Director of eDynamic Learning, Teachers of Tomorrow, and Schlesinger Group. Prior to attending business school, Sam was a Senior Associate at Gauge. Earlier in his career, Sam worked as an Analyst in the investment banking division of RBC Capital Markets in New York where he focused on leveraged buyouts, mergers and acquisitions, and debt offerings for clients in the business services, automotive, and transportation sectors. Sam received his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and his BBA in finance and economics from Baylor University.
