Mike is a Vice President with PMCF and a member of the firm’s Diversified Industrials team. He has assisted clients with business acquisitions, divestitures, recapitalizations, management buyouts, and financing transactions for senior debt, subordinated debt and equity. Mike has experience in multiple segments, including consumer, chemicals, manufacturing, and distribution.

As a senior manager in Plante Moran’s transaction advisory services practice, Daniel specialized in confirmatory due diligence with a focus on the financial analysis of a company’s quality of earnings as well as assets and liabilities to be acquired by a prospective buyer. He primarily works with private equity firms as well as large organizations looking to grow through strategic acquisitions. Daniel’s financial due diligence experience extends to most sectors including manufacturing and distribution, general contracting, specialty healthcare, and waste management.

Bryan leads Plante Moran’s manufacturing and distribution practice. Backed by an experienced and insightful team, he is responsible for strategically coordinating our core audit, tax, and consulting services for all things manufacturing. His primary focus includes leading world-class client services teams as they collectively help domestic and international management teams and business owners tackle the top issues that impact profitability and enterprise value. Bryan is passionate about the industry and its people, and he prides himself on remaining on top of advisory, tax, and accounting trends and issues that affect his clients.
