CANDICE FORBES

Candice Forbes is a Partner at Kalos Transaction Advisory, where she leads the firm's Transaction Agreements and Closing Mechanisms ("TACM") capability and is instrumental in Kalos’ US expansion. Candice brings extensive experience advising on the financial complexities of M&A transactions. Having led the review of more than 600 purchase agreements during her tenure at a Big Four firm, she has developed deep expertise in purchase price negotiations, earnout arrangements, post-closing adjustments and disputes, and complex closing mechanisms, including locked-box structures.

Candice advises corporate and private equity clients on both buy-side and sell-side transactions across a broad range of industries, with particular expertise in financial services and industrial products. Prior to specializing in transaction advisory, Candice built her career in financial services audit, gaining extensive international experience with Big Four firms across South Africa, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
