Doug has over 30 years of experience in transforming commercial clients’ operations through digital technologies including ERP, MES, CRM, RPA, and BI. He has extensive experience in both leading and participating in the business case driven technology implementations for multi-site, multi-national, multi-billion as well as small to middle market organizations. Doug has worked the past 12 years with private equity funds on due diligence and post-close projects with portfolio companies including carve-outs, integrations, and platform builds.
