Jessica Payne

Jessica is a Vice President at CODE Advisors, where she provides investment banking services, including advisory on M&A transactions and late-stage financings, to clients in the technology and media verticals.  Prior to CODE Advisors, she was an investment banking associate at Citi, with experience in both the Telecom, Media, and Technology group and the Global Consumer group.  In addition, she was an investment banking analyst at Citi in the Financial Strategy Group.  She received her MBA from Harvard Business School and her SB in Mechanical Engineering from MIT
