Kathy Colborn is a seasoned CEO-partner, business builder, and strategic maverick, recognized for architecting transformative approaches that drive sustainable growth, market expansion, and profitability. As a visionary with an entrepreneurial mindset, she thrives on challenging conventional approaches and asking tough questions that uncover hidden potential.

Throughout her career, Kathy has performed across multiple sectors, being called on to spearhead numerous business initiatives that have driven millions in revenue and EBITDA-enhancing value across the organizations she has served and the clients she advises. With deep expertise in forging high-value alliances that reduce the cost of customer acquisition and optimize customer lifetime value, she has successfully governed strategic collaboration with top-tier financial institutions, private equity firms, consulting groups, and corporate leaders, aligning initiatives and maximizing leverage. Most notably, she built the hedge fund practice for a New York and London-based data-analytics company, as well as the National Private Equity channel for a New York-based IT consulting firm, leading to its acquisition. By facilitating key introductions for a risk management consulting firm, Kathy was instrumental in expediting their market penetration initiative, whereby they were acquired as well, and she has been recognized for driving high-profile executive searches for tier-one banks and hedge funds, playing a pivotal role in building the New York financial services practice for a Boston-based recruiting firm.

Recognized for her sharp business judgment, collaborative leadership, and meticulous execution, Kathy is the founder of Quarter-Key-Turn™ Solutions, a consulting firm that leverages her proprietary process. With her unique and tenacious ability to navigate complexity, build momentum, and drive execution, she guides companies toward impactful change by unlocking new opportunities, optimizing business models, raising capital, scaling effectively, and strengthening leadership in competitive sectors.

Her commitment to the financial and investment community is reflected in her leadership as a Board Director for the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG NY), a non-profit organization dedicated to business growth and deal-making. As a founding member, Kathy chairs the ACG Operating Partner Committee, curating thought leadership and networking opportunities that empower value-creation professionals. Kathleen holds a B.S.B.A. in Finance from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania and is a licensed life/accident/health insurance agent.
