More Information

California’s recently passed SB973 requires certain employers to collect and report the number of employees by gender, race and ethnicity in specific job categories, and also broken down by pay bands established by the federal government. With a March 2021 deadline, California employers need to understand the requirements and implications of these reports, as well as other legal obligations that may be implicated.

In this program, a unique team featuring a certified public accountant and experienced employment attorney will define the law and reporting requirements, and present ideas and methods for leveraging the data as a tool employers can use to enhance corporate culture, recruiting and retention. Compliance with SB973 is a corporate asset, and this program will provide a process for employers to engage with the law and create strategic advantages.us for a discussion on special purpose acquisition companies.
