Nominate Your Best & Brightest Young DealMakers
A core mission of ACG San Francisco is to provide educational and professional development to the M&A community as well as help M&A professionals build and expand their deal networks. One of the programs our chapter offers is ACG University (ACGU). It assists firms in grooming their up and coming young professionals but also may be of value to seasoned professionals that desire a more in-depth understanding of various aspects of the deal flow beyond their areas of specialization. ACG University is a valuable tool for future M&A deal-making. This 7-week executive education initiative will be led by some of the region's most successful and experienced M&A dealmakers. The program immerses deal professionals (representing different functions within the deal process) into the life cycle of a transaction, teaching the key elements of sourcing, valuing, financing, negotiating, structuring and closing a deal.
ACG University provides some of the following benefits:
NOTE: Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, 2021 ACGU will be provided virtually. Each class will be conducted in real-time enabling live instructor presentations and Q&A. Time will also be allotted during each class for student networking and student group case study collaboration through chat rooms.
