ACG University is a networking/educational initiative for the brightest young M&A dealmakers in our region and is a valuable tool for future M&A dealmaking. Each week for 7 weeks, a team comprised of some of the region’s most successful and experienced M&A dealmakers and deal advisors will lead a series of lectures, discussions and interactive breakout sessions exploring all aspects of M&A deals. About the ACGU Program:
ACG University will immerse participants into the life cycle of a deal, teaching the key elements of sourcing, valuing, financing, negotiating, structuring and closing a deal. Each class will include expert level instruction and discussion. ACG University is composed of seven classes, meeting roughly every Monday evening from 4:00pm – 7:00pm starting in January 2020.
