Wellthy
Certified Health and Well-being Coach

Throughout my 15-year career, I’ve been dedicated to helping people not only understand what to eat but also how to eat in a way that supports their overall well-being. Certified in Mindfulness-Based Eating Awareness Training (MB-EAT) and eating disorders, I specialize in helping individuals heal their relationship with food and their bodies. By fostering a mindful connection to nourishment, I empower my clients to become more attuned to their bodies’ needs, manage stress effectively, and recognize the type of movement that works best for them. When these elements align, the foundation for sustainable wellness begins to take shape, and positive changes follow naturally.

My love of individual counseling grew into a love of speaking to the masses, encouraging people to find a new way to think about food and their body. My work is grounded in the practice of mindfulness and helping people understand how their life can truly change when this practice is fully understood and embraced, is extremely fulfilling.

Outside of my professional life, I’m a wife, mother of three beautiful children, and - of course - a proud dog mom. For myself, I love practicing and teaching yoga but also love to spend my downtime with a good binge-worthy show! With a busy family life, I know the importance of slowing down to appreciate the moments we find when we simply - pause.
