Building on the self-awareness developed in Session 1, this workshop focuses on creating the conditions where teams can thrive.

Using the Lead Now™ Build Trust framework, participants will explore:

• Building trust and psychological safety
• Giving and receiving feedback
• Navigating conflict productively
• Creating stronger relationships across teams

Outcome: Practical tools to build trust, strengthen collaboration and elevate team performance.

Effective leaders understand how to adapt to the needs of their teams and create environments where people can thrive. This session focuses on building trust, communicating a compelling vision, coaching and developing others, and leading through change. Attendees will learn practical approaches for inspiring higher performance and fostering stronger team engagement.
