Keynote: The ROI of Showing Up

Throughout his career in valuation, M&A, and corporate finance, Josh Cashman has been trained to measure performance through numbers, returns, and outcomes. But some of the most meaningful investments in business and life generate value that never appears on a spreadsheet.

In this keynote address, Josh shares lessons from his work in finance and impact investing, where he has been challenged to quantify the unquantifiable: opportunity, stability, community, and human potential. Along the way, he discovered that many of the returns that shape our careers, organizations, and communities are impossible to measure in traditional terms.

As ACG Denver celebrates this year's Rising Stars, Josh will explore the power of investing in relationships, professional growth, mentorship, and community engagement. Attendees will leave with a renewed perspective on success and a reminder that some of the greatest returns come not from the deals we close, but from the people we invest in and the decision to show up, contribute, and lead.
