A 3% payment processing fee will be added to credit card transactions. This fee covers non-refundable costs charged by our payment processor and does not represent surplus for ACG.
Please note: As of November 4, ACG no longer accepts debit cards as a form of payment. Alternative forms of payment, such as credit cards, ACH, check, and e-check, remain available.
Cancellation Policy: Full refunds, less a $30 processing fee, are available through Tuesday, February 3, 2026. Substitutions are accepted. We do not issue credits towards future events. No exceptions. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
