Lyndon Richardson

Lyndon Richardson is the Group Director of Enterprise Risk Management for Whataburger Restaurants, a regional quick-serve restaurant with 1150+ locations in 17 states, sales of $4+ billion annually and more than 60,000 employees. In the ten + years he has been with Whataburger, Lyndon has transformed their risk culture from one of reactionary to one that is progressive and pro-active.

Having worked for a variety of companies (Capital One Financial Services, Campbell Soup Company, Inland Steel Company) in locations such as Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, Tokyo, Washington, DC, Los Angeles and now San Antonio, Lyndon brings a unique perspective to safety, security, and risk programs.
