Corey Massella has more than twenty-five years of experience as an entrepreneur, tax, and business advisor, and as a specialist in SEC accounting and audit services. Additionally, Corey has experience serving as a Private Equity and Technology Industry Group Practice Leader for a Top Twenty accounting firm. 

Corey has successfully guided his clients through all facets of the mergers and acquisitions transaction cycle to help them make critical decisions, while ensuring transactions are strategic and seamless. He has deep experience advising private equity funds, hedge funds, banks, broker-dealers, investor relations firms, and various other financial services companies. As a business consultant, Corey has worked with CEOs and CFOs, as well as the boards of both public and private clients. He has performed due diligence and negotiations on both the buy and sell sides. Corey also has experience preparing business plans and initial public offerings (IPO), and with cash flow and productivity analysis to help scale businesses for growth, as well as extensive knowledge and experience in complex tax structuring and planning.

In 2015, Corey was selected as the winner of the SmartCEO award for Industry CPA Leader in New York. He has served as moderator for several conferences, including ACG NY’s “M&A Landscape: Diving into Four of the Hot Industry Sectors” and “The M&A Advisor Summit,” and has authored numerous articles.

Marcia Nelson is an Executive Director at Texas Capital. Marcia has spent a large portion of her career working in and for family offices and private dealmakers. Prior to FCM, Marcia was a Managing Director and head of business development for ShareNett, a members-only global network of professional investors, and she was previously at Alberleen Family Office Solutions, an independent investment advisory firm backed by family offices. She formerly worked for an ultra-high-net-worth philanthropic family and a sports and entertainment family. Over the last 20 years, she has developed a strong network of private families, institutional investors, and advisers who are increasingly seeking access to quality direct deal flow from trusted, experienced partners.

​Marcia is also a Founding Partner of Triple C Advisory, a business life cycle consulting firm that works with early-stage companies as an advisor and board member to prepare them to receive institutional-grade investments.

Sahar Hafeez is Senior Counsel in the International Trade Group.  She focuses her practice on international trade, national security, and supply chains, and co-leads Pillsbury’s Minerals, Metals and Materials Supply Chain practice.  She advises companies across multiple industries, including the minerals, semiconductor, nuclear energy and manufacturing industries, on international trade and national security matters, including supply chain vulnerability assessments, strategies for supply chain diversification including government funding, investments to secure supply chains, import restrictions and tariff mitigation, export controls, investment security, digital trade (including border data flows), and international trade and economic security policies.  Previously, Sahar served at the Commerce Department’s International Trade Administration and Bureau of Industry and Security and Director of International Economics at the White House National Security Council, where she led and advised on semiconductor and mineral supply chains and digital trade.

Amanda Halter is managing partner of the firm’s Houston office, a national authority on environmental and natural resources law and policy, and co-leader of Pillsbury’s multidisciplinary Minerals, Metals and Material Supply Chains and Canada practice teams. 

Amanda advises domestic and global industrial clients on high-stakes environmental regulatory, liability, litigation, project and policy matters – helping them navigate complex liability regimes and seize strategic opportunities amid dynamic legal, financial and reputational risks. With extensive experience across environmental regulation, litigation and public policy, she counsels on environmental liability management, transactional and business transformation initiatives, effective stakeholder and political engagement, as well as corporate sustainability and climate strategy, reporting and disclosures.

Rogier de la Rambelje has 10 years of experience working in the mining and metals sector. He joined EAS Advisors in 2019 as Head of Mining. Rogier also has 6 years of experience in raising equity in the capital markets. Rogier specializes in providing strategic advice in relation to M&A, acquisition / divestitures, joint ventures and equity and debt finance for companies and projects throughout the world.

In a similar role, he previously worked for BNP Paribas and the Royal Bank of Scotland in New York and London. Prior to these roles, Rogier worked for ABN AMRO Rothschild in Equity Capital Markets in Amsterdam where he raised equity for companies throughout Northern Europe. Rogier has a Masters Degree in Economics of the University of Amsterdam and holds Series 63, 79 and 7 licenses.

Stephen Saroki is currently a management consultant in Metals & Mining for Stantec.  Prior to this, he was a metals and mining analyst for Equinox Partners, where he worked over 5 years, having visited 30+ mines on 6 continents.  He was an analyst at O'Brien Greene & Co., an analyst at Prima Pars Asset Management, and a senior research assistant at the Federal Reserve in Washington D.C. He graduated summa cum laude from UCLA with a B.S. in Mathematics/Economics, and holds an M.A. in Finance from Duke University. Stephen is a CFA charterholder.
