Exploring the Journey from Private Equity to Philanthropy
Building, Scaling, and Giving Back
Join us for a discussion on June 17th as we explore the journey from founder to philanthropist at the Explorers Club in New York City. Drawing on their shared experience across private markets, Marc Utay, Founder and Managing Partner of Clarion Capital, and Doug Mellinger, Managing Director and Head of Marketing at Clarion Capital, will discuss the evolution from building financial value to advancing meaningful change. This candid conversation will examine how investment discipline, governance, and patience translate into effective philanthropic strategies - and how thoughtful giving can extend impact well beyond the life of an investment.
