The foundation of leadership is self-awareness.

Before we can effectively lead others, we need to understand how we lead ourselves.

Using the Enneagram as a leadership development framework, participants will explore:

• Their natural leadership style
• Strengths and blind spots
• Communication patterns under pressure
• Decision-making tendencies
• Practical ways to become more intentional and effective leaders

Outcome: A deeper understanding of yourself and the patterns that shape your leadership.

This three-part leadership series is designed to help leaders build those capabilities through a practical, highly interactive experience with peers from across the ACG Denver community.
