Plante Moran
As the leader of our healthcare private equity team, I primarily advise private equity firms investing in healthcare, manufacturing and distribution, and general business services. My expertise includes providing financial due diligence assistance and support through quality of earnings analyses.
Since starting with the firm in 2008, my greatest accomplishment is my ability to continually develop and adapt to the ever-changing clients and industries we serve as well as the emerging accounting and financial reporting standards. I enjoy developing meaningful relationships with clients, potential clients, colleagues, and other staff — and believe that’s part of why our group is successful. What attracted me to this career is the ability to work with talented and driven professionals, client service, and a challenging work environment.
I’m often asked to speak to professional organizations, such as the HFMA’s Southwest Ohio chapter and the ACG’s Cincinnati chapter, on healthcare M&A activity. I’m a member of the AICPA, the Ohio Society of CPAs, and the ACG, as well as the St. Ursula Academy Finance Committee. I received a B.S. in accounting from Mount St. Joseph University.
Most of my free time outside of work is spent with my wife and two daughters. My interests include reading, travel, and golf.
