CANCELLATION/REFUND/SUBSTITUTION POLICY

ACG New York adheres to a strict cancellation/refund policy. You must cancel your registration two weeks prior to the event to receive a refund unless otherwise specified. To cancel your registration, email Kara Gomes at kgomes@acgnyc.org and include your name and date of the event that you are canceling. After that period NO REFUNDS OR CREDIT FOR FUTURE EVENTS will be given. However, substitutions are welcome. To send a substitute in your place, simply email the following to kgomes@acgnyc.org; name, firm, address, telephone number and email address and industry.
