The ACG New York VIP Corporate Development Officer Roundtable Series is a quarterly meeting designed specifically for CDOs and other M&A, Transactional and Strategy executives within industry.  
 
This exclusive, strictly peer-to-peer, meeting is an excellent forum for Corporate Development Officers and other corporate transactional executives to share experiences and best practices while developing relationships in a convenient, enjoyable, and relaxing setting.
 
This session of the series discusses Deal Sourcing in the current environment and specifically how corporates can get on a Middle Market Investment Bankers list for suitable transactions. We will hear from seasoned bankers as to how to develop their target list of buyers and their typical deal process.

    Daniel Teoh is a managing director in the Transaction Advisory Services practice with CohnReznick Advisory. He has more than 20 years of experience in transactions diligence, restructuring and as a start-up CFO. He also has significant project management experience in carve-outs, post-merger integrations, business consolidations and corporate closures and has operated distressed businesses in retail, construction, childcare and hotels.

    Daniel leverages this experience to provide his clients valuable insight and seamless advice through the lifecycle of their transactions and businesses. He has performed buy-side and sell-side due diligence projects for transactions ranging from $14 million – $1 billion-plus in a wide range of industry sectors including health and wellness, manufacturing, retail and technology. He was part of a senior transaction team which led a billion-dollar deal for the merger of two listed companies. Additionally, he led a complex cross-border transaction resulting in the acquisition of a $180 million chemical company. He also worked with a public life sciences company on its integration planning process for the acquisition of a carve-out business. This resulted in comprehensive TSAs being developed particularly addressing significant regulatory issues and operational needs.

    Ryan Mullin is Manager of Global Strategy and Business Development at Rheem Manufacturing. In his role, he manages Rheem's strategic business initiatives and its merger and acquisition efforts. Ryan participates in the development of the strategy, origination, management of the deal, and negotiation. He also partners with various business units across the company on market development opportunities with a focus on business, product, and geographic expansion.

    Don Ritucci brings extensive experience in M&A and financing transactions across the healthcare industry, spending over 22 years in investment banking and completing over 60 transactions, with an aggregate deal value in excess of $60 billion.  He has executed numerous sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions for private equity clients, public companies and founder-owned businesses.  Don is currently a Managing Director in the New York office of Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. where he heads the firm’s Healthcare M&A practice.  Previously, Don was a Managing Director in the Global Healthcare Group of Jefferies and led its middle market M&A effort.  From 2011 to 2018, Don was a Managing Director at Imperial Capital, where he led both the healthcare practice and the sponsor coverage practice.  Prior Imperial Capital, Don spent 13 years at UBS Investment Bank where he was a Managing Director, spending time in both the Global Healthcare Group and the Mergers & Acquisitions Group.  Don also served a number of years as a member of the UBS Banking Review Group and Fairness Opinion Committee. Prior to UBS, Don worked in the Audit and Business Advisory Group at Price Waterhouse and was a licensed CPA. Don earned an M.B.A. from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business and a B.S. from Boston College.

    Laura Holden has spent over 14 years in investment banking, developing specialized knowledge in M&A and capital raising advisory within the branded consumer industry. Ms. Holden develops relationships with and executes transactions for clients in the healthy living subsectors of better-for-you food, sports nutrition, fitness and modern parenting.

    Prior to joining Raymond James in 2021, Ms. Holden served as director at Financo, formed part of the investment banking practices at HSBC in New York and London, and worked at Stephens Inc., where she launched a dedicated healthy living practice in 2014. Ms. Holden received a BBA with honors in finance from the College of William & Mary while serving as captain of the college’s Division I lacrosse team. She’s currently on the Association for Corporate Growth’s Women of Leadership Committee and has served on the board of her all-girls high school, Maryvale Preparatory, in Baltimore.

    Prior to joining FocalPoint, Mr. Kheraj built the TMT practice at McGladrey Capital Markets, LLC. He has held leadership roles at various technology and digital media start-ups and currently holds active board advisory roles within numerous bleeding-edge technology firms. He has led, managed and closed an aggregate of more than $1 billion in transactions in the technology sector. Mr. Kheraj holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business, a Master of Science in electrical engineering from California State University, Los Angeles, and a Bachelor of Science in aerospace engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles.
