OVERVIEW
Now in its eighth year, the 2018 ACG New York Champion’s Awards Gala will recognize and honor the leading middle market transactions, firms and dealmakers who are Driving Middle Market Growth™.
CONFIDENTIALITY
ACG New York and its’ independent judges will maintain the strictest confidentiality possible for all sensitive details provided. Upon the selection of Award Finalists, only the transaction name, product/service name, dealmaker and firm names will be publicized. While there may be a dollar range specified for transactions awards categories, the actual value will not be published at any time.
DISCLAIMER REGARDING ACG NY AWARDS
Nominees must meet certain general eligibility criteria to be considered. There must be at least five submissions within a category to be judged. If there are less than five submissions, the category may be combined with another or removed all together at the sole discretion of ACG. Upon request, award-winners will be provided with award information referenced in the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission 2017 Investment Adviser Risk Alert on Advertising Compliance Matters. The Association for Corporate Growth, Inc., (“ACG”), for itself and it chapters, and their respective officers, directors, members, employees and agents (collectively, the “ACG Parties”), expressly disclaims any warranties or guaranties, express or implied, relating to any award issued to a third party, and the ACG Parties will not be liable for damages of any kind, in connection with such award.
AWARD AND FINALIST ANNOUNCEMENT
Award Finalists will be announced in May 2018. Award Winners will be announced at the Awards Gala Ceremony on June 21, 2018 at the Metropolitan Club, NYC.
