Overview

Body

Sustainable growth rarely happens by accident. Companies that scale successfully are deliberate about how they expand — balancing organic initiatives with strategic acquisitions to accelerate momentum and create long-term value.

Join ACG Akron for a dynamic panel discussion featuring experienced operators, advisors, and deal professionals who will share how companies evaluate and execute growth strategies. Panelists will discuss when to invest in internal expansion versus pursuing acquisitions, how to identify the right opportunities, and the challenges that arise when integrating new businesses or scaling existing operations.

Noah Jackson

Noah Jackson - Panelist

Premier Home Pros
Founder & Company Owner

Noah Jackson is a straight shooter who says there’s no secret behind the company’s rapid growth (reaching $100 million in revenue in just two years), he says they simply leaned into who they are. “We are a sales and marketing company that happens to install very well on a volume basis,” he says. He also emphasizes that they’re a company of great people. “The only way that you win at a high level is through others. It’s not just three owners driving everything.” The other owners being Augustine “AJ” Wadian with whom Jackson co-founded the company in 2022, and Vince Venditti who joined the business a year later.

Biggest Challenge: Starting the company and managing impressive growth—but also strategically slowing the pace to ensure they’re growing effectively and sustainably. Jackson says he’s creating a playbook of systems and processes that will help them thrive for years to come.

Crucial Role: In terms of how the company operates, Wadian is sales and production and Venditti is marketing and tech, so Jackson’s crucial role is business strategy and planning. “I’m able to take what AJ wants to do and what Vince wants to do and be in the middle of the Venn diagram making sure it all blends perfectly and can be implemented across the company,” he says.

Outside of Work: Hangs with his wife and two children.
