Ethan Allen is a dynamic leader with a passion for business strategy, account development, negotiations, financial analysis, team building, and operational improvement.  He serves on multiple boards in both active and observational capacities. 

Prior to co-founding Navigant Oak LLC, Ethan served as an Executive Director with Cummins Bridgeway, LLC (CBL).  At CBL, he was responsible for sales and operations teams within Ohio.  His success was founded in sustainable growth, safety, employee development, community service, customer support, and financial returns. 

Prior to joining CBL, Ethan earned his M.B.A. from The Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, Bloomington (KSB).  While at KSB, he complemented his finance background with dual majors of marketing and corporate innovation.  He garnered the vote of his peers to become the president of the Graduate Entrepreneurs Club.  Ethan also honed his speaking ability while attending Toastmasters.  His proudest accomplishment while at graduate school was not related to his studies at all, it was the birth of his first daughter, Isabel. 

Before attending graduate school, Ethan focused on the credit side of finance as a middle market commercial loan officer for Comerica Bank.  There he learned how to analyze financial statements, company growth strategies, and creditworthiness of borrowers.    At Comerica he developed a strength in analyzing a mix of industry sectors for a $400 million middle market loan group portfolio.    

Prior to joining Comerica Bank, Ethan earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance from Hillsdale College.  He is married to his wonderful wife Sarah.  He and Sarah have two beautiful daughters, Isabel and Elina.   Prior to all this, Ethan started a furniture company for which is named after him.

Broooke Hradisky of Kaulig Capital

Brooke Hradisky joined Kaulig Capital in October 2020 as Vice President. She works with the firm’s portfolio of existing investments as well as the evaluation of new opportunities.

Previously, Brooke served as Vice President at Carleton McKenna & Company, working closely with firm clients throughout the transaction process and deal execution. Brooke was responsible for transaction processing for both M&A and capital raise transactions. This included developing and reviewing offering memorandums, conducting financial analysis, creating transaction presentations and materials. Brooke was actively involved in deal origination and firm business development efforts.

Brooke’s M&A experience encompasses small- to mid-cap companies, including private closely-held businesses, multi-generational family businesses, portfolio companies of financial sponsor firms, and divisions or subsidiaries of public companies.

Brooke’s transaction experience ranges from leading the acquisition of Platform Brewery by Anheuser-Busch’s (NYSE:BUD) Brewers Collective to raising Series A capital for growth-stage SaaS businesses. Additionally, Brooke has strategic corporate M&A experience, assisting Mace Security International in the acquisition of multiple related product lines and strong brand names.

Prior to joining Carleton McKenna, Brooke worked with Baldwin Wallace University’s Center for Innovation and Growth Practice (“CIG”) where she led research and consulting projects highlighting opportunities for growth for regional corporate clients. At the CIG, Brooke worked for companies in a wide variety of industries including OEConnection, GOJO Industries, Parker Hannifin Corporation, and Westfield Insurance.

Brooke received her B.A. in Political Science and Sociology from Baldwin-Wallace University where she now serves on the Board of the school’s athletic alumni organization, the Brown & Gold Club.  She is an active member of Cleveland’s Women in Finance and well as the Association of Corporate Growth’s YACG and Women In Transactions groups. Brooke was recognized as Crain’s Business Magazine’s “20 in their 20s” 2018 cohort.

Additionally, she is an active member of the Greater Cleveland Sports Association’s Associate Board. Brooke is an avid Triathlete, participating in regional and national competitions.

Mike Moran of Walnut Ridge

Mike is the head of a multigenerational family office where he manages investing activities, oversees controlling interest in a number of operating and start-up companies and is on the board of GOJO, the global leader in skin health and hygiene solutions for away-from-home markets and the inventor of PURELL® Instant Hand Sanitizer.

Prior to this role, Mike was a Principal and Partner at Linsalata Capital Partners, a middle market private equity fund where he was responsible for sourcing, transacting and overseeing investments. During his over seven years at Linsalata, he worked closely with portfolio companies on driving organic growth, integrating add on acquisitions and improving operating performance. Mike was involved at the financial, operating and board levels on a broad array of industrial manufacturing, distribution and consumer products companies.

Before Linsalata, Mike was an investment banker with a specialty in mergers and acquisitions at KeyBanc Capital Markets (formerly McDonald & Company), where he executed over 40 merger and acquisition transactions over ten years.

Mike received his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and his BS in Finance from Miami University.

ACG Cleveland is committed to the safety of all of our members and friends, and have taken all necessary precautions in hosting in-person events. These include:

  • Enforcing local or venue COVID-related protocols in place at the time of the event,
  • the strong encouragement of masks to protect un-vaccinable children and adults in the spheres of our members and friends,
  • encouraged social distancing of 6 feet in both indoor and outdoor spaces,
  • an ample supply of masks, hand sanitizer, and soap across the facility to  minimize the risk of viral transmission from guest to guest.

We will continue to maintain both the CDC's and the State of Ohio's recommended guidelines for gathering during the COVID-19 outbreak, and will update you with any changes to protocol.
