Join ACG Cleveland, in partnership with Promise Partners, for an engaging conversation with Steve Potash, President and CEO of OverDrive, Inc., a company he founded in 1986.

Headquartered in Cleveland, OverDrive is the world's leading digital reading platform for ebooks, audiobooks, and other digital media for libraries, schools, colleges, government agencies, and corporate learning centers. It has over 400 employees and operates in over 80 countries. In 2020, OverDrive was acquired by New York private equity firm KKR.

Steve is a lifelong entrepreneur and has led the sale of OverDrive twice before during its growth. He'll talk with us about his preparation, the founding of the business, its growth, transactions, and lessons he has learned.

OverDrive's Angela Arnold will lead the Fireside Chat with Steve Potash. This event will be facilitated by Steve Bouchard of XCHANGE, an organization that designs and leads in-person and online experiences. This will be an interactive and collaborative session, with an opportunity to engage in small group conversations at the beginning of the event. We ask that you join fully engaged and present, for end-to-end attendance, with the video and audio enabled on your device.
