Overview

Body

Power Bowls, Super Bowls, Buddha Bowls, Grain Bowls, they come by many different names, but the combinations are endless. This is also what we refer to as batch cooking. You can cook on a Sunday and have lunches and dinners for the week ahead. We have all been to the fast causal style restaurant where you pick your starch, protein, vegetables, condiments or sauces. With a little prep you can create this at home as well. These bowls can be served warm or cold depending upon the ingredients you choose.

"Cooking from the Hip," Western Reserve School of Cooking

This class will show you how to make a variety of healthy grain and power bowls that you can eat all through the week.

The recipes will include choices you can make as far as grains, proteins, vegetables and sauces/dressings. You can choose the ingredients that best fit your needs.

Event Pricing:

The mission of the Women in Transactions is to bring innovative, educational content to advance careers and foster leadership. We welcome the support and participation of our male colleagues and counterparts. Our events are open to everyone of all genders and ages.
