Bobby Rutter is a seasoned entrepreneur and operator with a dual career at the intersection of law, leadership, and hospitality. A partner at Rutter & Russin, a Cleveland-based plaintiffs’ trial law firm, and Chief Operating Officer of Forward Hospitality Group, Bobby brings a disciplined, systems-driven approach to scaling multi-venue nightlife and restaurant concepts across the United States.

Educated at The Ohio State University and Ohio Northern University Law School, Bobby has spent the last decade building high-performance teams and leading culture-centric operations that balance creativity with accountability. His core competencies include team building, management, and culture creation, and he serves as the EOS Implementer for Forward Hospitality, overseeing all cross-functional systems, accountability charts, and growth processes.

Personally, Bobby has been married to Kristen Rutter for 16 years and is the proud father of two daughters, Giulianaand Lillian. Outside of work, he is an avid sports fan, golfer, and skier.
