Mikayla joins Soul Equity Solutions as a Recruiting Associate from Cleveland, OH. Mikayla honed her recruiting skills at a boutique technical search firm. Previously, Mikayla was an Assistant Director of College Counseling for three years at a private all-boys high school in Cleveland. Mikayla is an alum of Denison University, where she received her Bachelor of Arts in Biology with a Psychology minor.
In her free time, Mikayla enjoys hot vinyasa yoga classes, musicals, cooking, and dancing her way through life with her new husband.
