The Strategic Acquirer Summit is ACG’s inaugural push to meet the unique needs of executives within this dynamic group. Corporate development officers will find additional growth opportunities for their companies and potential acquisitions within the middle market at the Summit.
Corporate development dealmakers play a pivotal role in the strategic revenue growth of firms. Job titles and responsibilities may vary, but they all engage in business development, strategic partnerships, acquisitions, and divestitures.
The summit is open to corporate executives whose primary responsibilities relate to corporate development; including strategy, deal origination, valuation, negotiation, and post-acquisition integration.

Online registration will open in late July.
Partial registration (attending one day and not the other) is not available. All registrations are for the entire conference.

Valid Method of Payment
Acceptable methods of payment include MasterCard, Visa, and American Express. Should you prefer to pay via wire transfer or check, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
The registration fee of $975.00 for ACG members and $1,175 for non-members includes the cost of admission and meals served at the Summit.
On a biweekly basis, a compilation of firms participating in the Summit will be updated and added to the event page. For access to the gated list of attendees, registrants should do the following:
- Go to “My ACG” in the upper right-hand corner of ACG.org
- Log in
- Scroll down to the list of “Event Registrations”
- Click the red “Attendee List” button
- Browse the full attendee list
Your confirmation email will arrive in your inbox after you’ve registered using the online registration system, and your registration has been submitted. If you did not receive your confirmation email, please email email@example.com.
ACG Member Rate
In order to obtain the member rate, attendees must be an ACG member in good standing (dues are up-to-date) at the time of registration and at the time of the event. Additionally, retroactive membership payment is not accepted.
ACG will accept name changes at no charge up until Friday, November 1, 2019. To change the name on your registration, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the name and contact information of the individual who will take your place. After Friday, November 1, 2019, no online name change requests will be processed. If you need to make a substitution after that date, your colleague must bring a written substitution request (on company letterhead) with your authorization for the change to the on-site Summit registration desk.
Please note: registration substitution (i.e., name change) does not automatically change the corresponding hotel reservation.
We want you to be comfortable so you can enjoy your meeting experience; therefore, business casual dress (i.e., khakis and blazers for men, dresses or pantsuits for women) is strongly encouraged.

Photo Release Waiver
ACG will take photographs at the Summit and will reproduce it in its educational, news or promotional material, whether in print, electronic or other media, including its website. By attending the Summit you grant ACG the right to use your name, image, and biography for such purposes. All postings become the property of ACG. Posting may be displayed, distributed or used by ACG for any purpose.
ACG must receive all cancellations in writing via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Cancellations received on or before 5:00 p.m. Central on Wednesday, October 2, 2019, will be refunded in full. No refunds will be granted after that time.
