ACG NY VVIP Luncheon | Cannabis Investment Opportunities, Part Two

So, it finally happened. Recreational Marijuana became legal in New York. Fueled by political will and the pandemic, the state at large had to accelerate the inevitable. While there are portions of the Marijuana Regulation and Taxation Act (MRTA) that became legal right away, there are certain parts of the law that New Yorkers will have to wait for.

Following on from our first roundtable on the topic and due to popular demand, our second session will see an expert panel discuss the social, economic, legal, and business opportunities this extraordinary legislation will present to society and the M&A community, particularly in NY.

Are some opportunities, just like the law, still off limits? Will the federal prohibition of Cannabis soon end?

Exclusive to ACG NY, ACG San Francisco, ACG Silicon Valley members and invited guests this VVIP series of meetings will feature a senior audience of policy makers, entrepreneurs and senior executives in the VC and PE class. The series will aim to focus on the challenges and opportunities we face within the current global & local political and economic environment.

This series of meetings will be conducted strictly under Chatham House rules.
