Joe is an accomplished finance executive with more than 40 years of experience spanning public accounting, industry, and service-based organizations. As Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Assistant Secretary of The Davey Tree Expert Company, the leading provider of horticultural services throughout the United States and Canada and the ninth largest employee-owned company in the U.S., Joe provides strategic financial leadership and operational oversight in support of long-term growth and sustainability.

Throughout his career, Joe has held senior leadership roles with responsibility for accounting, finance, banking relationships, treasury operations, risk management, tax strategy, and information technology. This broad functional expertise has enabled him to align financial discipline with business strategy, strengthen internal controls, and support informed decision-making across the organization.

During the past 20 years, Joe has been instrumental in driving Davey Tree’s successful growth, contributing to financial stability, scalability, and continued value creation for employee-owners. Known for a collaborative leadership style and deep technical knowledge, Joe is committed to fostering a strong financial foundation that supports both operational excellence and long-term strategic objectives.

Rosemarie is a Senior Wealth Strategist for Huntington Private Bank. She partners
with members of Huntington’s Wealth Management teams in Northeast Ohio
advising high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients in a range of financial
planning matters including retirement planning, tax planning, business succession
planning, estate planning, charitable planning, and more.
Rosemarie specializes in creating comprehensive financial plans for high net worth
and ultra-high net worth individuals and families focusing on cash flow analysis &
estate planning. Through these plans she is able to focus on the financial issues
and the non-financial issues her clients face. These plans are created to ensure
that her clients’ goals and objectives can be achieved. She partners with
Huntington’s wealth management teams to develop customized financial
solutions for wealth preservation, transfer, and growth consistent with her clients’
values.
Prior to joining Huntington, Rosemarie worked at J.P. Morgan Private Bank where
she focused on goals-based wealth management and providing exceptional wealth
planning analysis & wealth management solutions to high net worth and ultra-high
net worth clients.
Rosemarie received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree
from the University of Akron focused on Financial Planning and Financial
Management. She also received her master’s in taxation from the University of
Akron. She is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER TM professional, a designation
awarded by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc and a Certified
Exit Planning Advisor, a designation awarded by the Exit Planning Institute. She is
currently working as an adjunct professor at the University of Akron in their
Financial Planning department.
Rosemarie currently resides in Kent, Ohio with her husband and enjoys spending
time sailing on Lake Erie, wake surfing, playing tennis, and gardening.
